Our inspection covers every critical detail of your property:

1.Space Inspection:​ Comprehensive inspection of living rooms, dining rooms, all types of bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, utility rooms, balconies, and external walls.

2.Structure & Finishes Inspection:​ Careful inspection of ceilings (including cornices), walls, floors (including skirting boards), all doors, windows, window sills, and fixed installations like mirrors, cabinets, and glass.

3.Equipment & Facilities Inspection:​ Testing of doorbells, visitor intercom systems, all power sockets, lighting equipment, air conditioners, exhaust fans, and the water supply and drainage of kitchen/bathroom fixtures (e.g., toilets, bathtubs, sinks, hobs).

Professional Survey Process

We adhere to a strict service process to ensure professionalism and reliability at every stage:

1.Appointment & Consultation:​ You can make an appointment via phone or online. Our customer service will understand your initial needs and schedule the survey.

2.On-Site Comprehensive Inspection:​ Upon arrival, our surveyor will conduct a hours-long thorough inspection using over 30 types of professional tools (including infrared thermometers, hollow floor testers, rebar detectors, moisture meters, etc.) according to established standards.

3.Problem Recording & Explanation:​ During and after the inspection, the surveyor will record issues in detail (using marker tabs) and provide an on-site explanation of the findings and their potential implications.

4.Issue Detailed Report:​ Typically within 2-3 working days after the survey, you will receive a detailed, illustrated bilingual (Chinese-English) survey report. It clearly lists problem points, location photos, evaluations, and repair recommendations.
