一. Service Background & Statutory Requirements

In accordance with the Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance, private residential buildings aged 30 years or above​ (excluding those not exceeding 3 storeys) are required to undergo mandatory building inspection every 10 years. Furthermore, residential buildings over 10 years old​ must undergo mandatory window inspection every 5 years.
